International Sales Executive
Location: London
Salary: £18k basic plus uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £30-35k)

The job specifications can be found below:
· Telesales to existing and potential sponsors and attendees to meet sales revenue targets
· Researching and keeping up to dates with relevant industries
· Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with your clients, contacts and colleagues
· Identifying and researching new growth areas for sales
· Visiting clients when necessary/appropriate
· Attending industry functions when required
· Handling enquiries on the telephone, by email and by post, producing mailings and general office correspondence
· Ensuring that all sales administration is completed to a high standard Resolving client issues both in the office and on site
· Liaising with your colleagues including marketing, operations and finance to ensure maximum awareness within the industry
· Collating and producing sales plans and reports as required
· Liaison with the finance department to assist in payment control where necessary
· Attending training courses as directed

Conference Producer
Location: Central London
Salary: £22 to 25k basic plus bonus (Realistic OTE 30-35k)
We are further developing our production department and are looking for the right candidates. The role is dynamic with plenty of opportunity for career progression. The ideal candidate will have:
- · Minimum 2:1 degree
- · Excellent research skills
- · Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize in accordance with deadlines
- · A lot of ambition and must be willing to take the initiative to manage the workload, always think ahead and be efficient to drive their events and portfolio forward
- · A keen interest to learn about the finance, technology and commodity markets
- · Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- · Good copywriting skills
- · A friendly and confident personality, this is crucial to speaking to and developing relationships with senior level contacts within the industry
Your day to day role will involve researching with key industry contacts and collecting ideas for conference topics, writing a comprehensive agenda, inviting speakers and creating a strong marketing campaign around the event. You will be expected to generate new leads and contacts, and should be thinking outside the box whenever possible. Experience in conference production is not necessary as you will be given training, but it is important that you are keen to learn and develop your skillset, and have the determination to take ownership of your events to make them the best in the market.
